For 1 month now, I have been keeping track of each animators daily tasks in my Blue Note book. And this has solved all my little problems of giving an update for the animation team. I feel more confident of the information I give, which improves the way I deliver the message. I will always update with a note pad on my side, because it reduces the chances of crunch words.
